President Tomás von Degurechaff, (Buenos Aires, Argentina) is the founder and current president of the Republic of Lomoria.
Personal life
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is the first-born of three brothers, founder and president of the Republic of Lomoria. He is interested in history, geography, computing, vexillology and the preservation of cultures. He became interested in micronationalism in the summer of 2021, which resulted in the creation of the Republic of Lomoria.
Micronational career

Tomás von Degurechaff founded the Republic of Lomoria on March 19, 2021, on the same date he signed his first treaty as president of Lomoria with the State of Delmett. To date, the President has organized various activities and celebrations in the Republic for its citizens, as well as has carried out diplomatic activities with different nations.
Sports
Tomás von Degurechaff has created a ball sport called Pilkludo, whose objective is that countries, states with limited recognition and micronations leave their differences to practice a sport in harmony and without conflicts. This same objective led to the creation of an international organization that regulates this sport, the IFP.
The IFP organizes and regulates events related to Pilkludo, the most prominent being the Pilkludo World Cup. This organization has managed to bring together countries, states with limited recognition and micronations in all the World Cups.
He has also founded several sports associations in Lomoria, the LFA and the ASL (Lomoria Chess Association), the former being the most prominent and well-known
