Twilight Town commonly known as Twi town is a City Federal Republic of Sharlino and the Capital of Sharlino. The outer rims of Twilight town is called "Averan Twilight" and is owned by The Most Serene Republic of Averna, but is Administrated by Sharlino. The flag of Twilight town has the flags of the USA, Great Britian, Rhode Island, Averan State of New Berlin, old Averan flag, the flag of Lazvia, the flag of "New Worrell", the flag of Finlandia, the flag of Zeprana, the flag of Friuli, the first flag of Averna, the flag of Sharlino, the flag of Richmondia, the flag of the Cassan Democratic Republic, the flag of the Grand Republic of Cassandra, and the flag of New Manila. The total population of both Twilights is 16 but the majority is in Twilight town of 13 and the minority of 3 in Averan Twilight.

The City of Averan Twilight or Avey Twi is the Outer-rim shrubs of Twilight Town, with a population of 3 it is controlled by the Most Serene Republic of Averna and is the outer shrubs of the Sharolin Capital. Orignally the City of New Berlin until Sharlino and Averna changed the towns name and split it into two parts the outer shrubs and inner area. The flag of Averan Twilight is 3 Horizontal bars with a blue box with five stars with the text "2022" curved under the stars, because the city was founded in 2022.
