Lord Tyler Wilson (born 23 May 1997) is a founding citizen of the Free Nation of New Athens and was democratically elected the 2nd Speaker of the People of New Athens. He has been a citizen since 1 January 2019, and is actively involved in the growth, productivity, and development of the New Athens community and beyond.
Early life
Wilson was born in Atlanta, Georgia on 23 May 1997. Throughout his years, Wilson honed his skills in photography, videography, and media production.
Education
In July 2020, Wilson graduated from Auburn University with a B.L.A. in Media Studies, and a minor in Marketing.
Fraternity leadership
As an alumnus of the Auburn Delta Chi chapter, Wilson started his leadership career as Philanthropy Chairman, representing the Jimmy V Foundation for cancer research. By demonstrating knowledge in event/project management, he then took on the additional role as Involvement Chairman, allowing for the individual analysis of each brother to utilize their strengths/weaknesses to better the chapter overall. His next steps as Recruitment Chairman combined both these opportunities and helped initiate the Associate Member class that would go on to be the next generational leaders and guides. During his third year, his vole as Vice-President would see a complete restructure of the Chairman, their committees, and process optimization throughout the brotherhood. Now, as an alumni of the chapter, he seeks to join the chapter's Alumni Board, as well as assist in the growth and development of Delta Chi chapters across the Greater Atlanta area.
Political career
The Free Nation of New Athens
Wilson is a founding citizen of the Free Nation of New Athens. On March 1, 2021, Wilson was democratically elected to be the 2nd Speaker of the People of the Free Nation of New Athens.
League of Independent Nations
Wilson currently represents the Free Nation of New Athens within the League of Independent Nations, along with Tyler Mullins.
