Tyrinya Province, commonly known as Tyrinya, is the oldest and largest province in the Islamic Emirate of Athor. It is also the home to the capital city - Cayfield.
History
Tyrinya is the oldest province in the nation. It was formed on 23 December 2022 after being established by Colin I.
Local Government
The province has a provincial council to oversee provincial matters. The council is overseen by the Council Chairman who is nominated by parliament and appointed by the Monarch. The council oversees the province and provides citizens of the province as a whole with necessities and helps the Government of Athor implement policy in the province.
As well as this the province has a regional mufti, who reports to the Grand Mufti, to help with religious affairs within the province.
