Council of the Union of Micronations of Central Europe, often shortened to UMCE Council or just Council, in Czech Rada Unie mikronárodů střední Evropy, is the sole administrative body of the Union of Micronations of Central Europe and its associated organisations. The UMCE Council was established by the Treaty of Establishment of UMCE on 22 September 2014, today its structure and powers are outlined by the Treaty of Functioning of UMCE. The Council consists of representatives of all member states. The Secretary is the head of the council, elected by the council for year long terms.

Powers

UMCE Council makes decisions on sessions announced by the Secretary. For the council to have a quorum, at least five member state delegates must be present. The Council administers the organisation through directives that may establish or amend UMSE international treaties, accept or revoke UMCE observership and membership, and regulate other aspects of the UMCE the Council may decide on. Directives may be proposed directly by the Secretary or by one or more delegates through them. The directive is adopted if a majority of the delegates present vote for it. Furthermore, the council can use the directive to sign an international treaty on behalf of the entire Union, but such a signature applies only to the bodies of the Union and not to individual member states. The council also elects and removes the Secretary and Judges, and may overrule the Secretary veto and the appointment of the Deputy Secretary and persons charged with the administration of associated organizations.
