The Union of Abroad Citizens of the Norfolk Empire, commonly referred to by acronym U.A.C.N.E., is an government agency charged with documenting and helping citizens living abroad.[1]

History

On 5 August 2019, HIM Emperor Jason Norfolk I announced that he had created a new union in the Norfolk Empire. The new union was created by the Abroad Citizenship Act, which was approved the day before by the Royal Family. The new union was called the Union of Abroad Citizens of the Norfolk Empire, acronym U.A.C.N.E or UANCE. The U.A.N.C.E is in charge of helping abroad citizens as specified in the ACA, helping them live in their abroad state, update them on all news relating to abroad citizenship and the Abroad Citizenship Act, and allow the abroad citizens to know their expanded rights per the Abroad Citizenship Act. The U.A.C.N.E. was founded by the Abroad Citizenship Act, specifically section three subsection (A).[2]
