The Union of Italian MicroNations (it: Unione delle MicroNazioni Italiane) , frequently referred to as the UMNI was founded on 9 January 2019 and re-founded on 23 April 2019 by Samuele Cheli. UMNI is an expression of pacific brotherhood of italian micronations, an advertising and propaganda tool for the MYCUS message, and also the micronationally representation of the four principles of MYCUS Group.

Actually the organization and all the micronations members to UMNI are failed, except for the Kingdom of Landopia.

History

On 2018, the president of MYCUS Republic, TheXanada96, and the president of Labronic People's Republic of Rosignano, Samuele Cheli, founded the FederMicroITA, an istrument of MYCUS Group and friends of MYCUS to micronationalism. During a role play of micronations, there has been a mass secession of LPRoR citizens for founding their own micronation, but most of that projects are failed on 5 May 2018. On that day, Samuele Cheli and TheXanada96 founded new FederMicroITA (FederMicroITANova), and this federation was failed on october 2018, with the annexation of all the MYCUS countries (eccept People's Republic of Fano and non-serious micronations to the Damazia, and this made Damazia the official micronation of MYCUS Group. Damazia asks Luca mirante for entry of Damazia in U.M.S.. On january 2019 there was the independence of Messapic Empire and Chelandia from Damazia, and Damazia lost his role of official micronation of MYCUS Group. In cause of This, on 9 January 2019 it's born the UMNI, Unione delle MicroNazioni Italiane, but Only Chelandia becames a country and Chelandia entry on the U.M.S.

On 21 April 2019, Chelandia, Tawil, Damazia and Astana leave U.M.S. and re-founding the UMNI, and for this, that countries are currently involved to Cold Crisis of UMS against Repubblica democratica di Luxe and another two countries of U.M.S.

From 21 April 2019 Kingdom of Landopia, CSMIT, Silence Kingdom, People's Kingdom of Fano, Icelandic Confederation and Almond Tree Kingdom joins the UMNI, and Damazia remains shared by both unions (U.M.S. and UMNI).

On 30 April 2019 CSMIT fails and joins to the Union the People's Republic of Pomigliano-Labrake.

On 30 May 2019, Damazia, Chelandia and Pomigliano-Labrake are united into an only country: the Emergency Interessantist Republic, an emergency dictatorship government which interestism is the ideology at the power.

On 6 May 2019 Lorenzo Valente proposes a law on fruit prices, to guarantee a low price for primary goods. Only the Emergency Interessantist Republic and the People's Republic of Tawil votes for the reform, all the UMNI countries are contrary. Andrea Grassidonio, president of the United States of Astana, criticized the law proposed by Valente, and the next day Astana leaves UMNI and joins the U.M.S. on the evening of 7 May 2019, Valente and Grassidonio are discussed among themselves through the states of whatsapp. later also Luca Mirante intervenes declaring the beginning of the Battle of the Bananas. According to the Emergency Interessantist Republic, it is a new treaty withdrawal, but Mirante he replies, citing article 9 of the Luxe constitution. That article states that Luxe hates war and asks for peace, but is free to morally take sides with a chosen faction.

On 12 May 2019 the Principality of Laikania enters in crisis and 25% of the population leaves Laikania. Meanwhile, the Doge of Lupazia wants to change the name of his micronation, but he re-changed the idea because he wasn't rename the page.

On 18 May the Principality of Ledilia took part of the UMNI after talking with Samuele Cheli

On 31 May the Principality of Ledilia left the UMNI and joined the Greater European Pact, Ledilia decided to leave the UMNI but not to cut every contact with the other nations.

Structure

Every year anyone who is a citizen of an UMNI country can apply. The citizens of one country vote for a candidate, and the majority represents the vote of the country itself.

On 27 April 2019 There is the First Election of UMNI.

For entry in the UMNI you must have the Italian language as the official or one of the official languages or claims territories in Italy.
