The United Democratic Party (Malay: Parti Ikatan Demokratik) (UDPU) is a political party in Unova. Since the party's founding on 7 October 2021 after the revocation of the Political Party Reform act, the party has been advocating for multiracialism, secularism and democracy. The party was founded by Jayden Ho, Shivendran Kathiraven and Rushen.
History
After the revoking of the Political Party Reform act(10/7/21) on 7 October 2021, Governor of the State of Sentosa(Mr Jayden Ho), Representatives from Hacadi (Mr Shiven and Mr Rushen) decided to establish a new political party based on secularism,democracy,monarchist and Unity. After a few weeks, the party grew from only 3 seats to 7 seats in the Royal Council,hence making them the majority.
A New Government
After the Sultan made Mr Ariff which was the Prime Minister of Unova his Crown Prince, he decided that a new interim government must be chosen. This was because the Sultan wanted the elections to be held on December 2021. After choosing one by one, the council chosed Mr Shiven as the new interim Prime Minister. Hence, the government is now under the UDPU Party.
