History
The university was founded on the 30th of December 2021 by King Luke of Wellmoore to develop and better the nation's educational resources and to further the nation in development.
Location
The University is currently virtual but was named after the Capital City of Wellmoore, Midnight City.

Study Programmes
As of the 20th of February 2022 the University offers two different types of study programme that students may select from.
Self Study
The Self Study programme is where students are given guidance over what topics to study for their course and then go and study each topic on their own, without or with minimal guidance of faculty. Students take the final exams when they are ready to after they studied their course.
Guided Study
The Guided Study programme is where students are taught their course by a member of staff in the Uni. They take the exam after their professor has finished teaching the course.
Leadership
The University is lead by the Chancellor of the University of Midnight City, as the administrative head of the institution. The Chancellor is assisted by a Vice Chancellor and a Senior Leadership Team.
