Vale Plano (Japanese: フラットバレイステータス Furattobareesutētasu; Ukrainian: Вале Плано), officially the State of Vale Plano (Portuguese: Estado do Vale Plano; Japanese: フラットバレイステータス; Ukrainian: Стан Вале Плано), is one of 5 Forestian states and is the location of the official capital of the Federal Republic of Forestia, covering a total area of approximately 1.90 square kilometers (1889.70 m2). It has a total population of 5. Vale Plano is among the most populous states in Forestia. The city has one of very few airports, which connects it to all other nearby cities within both Forestia and Brazil. Vale Plano is surrounded by the Brazilian Federal District.

Etymology

The name Vale Plano comes from where the state is situated, which is a flat region within Brazil's Federal District. Vale Plano means flat valley.

History

Early history

Following Forestia's declaration of independence from its neighbouring country Brazil, part of the claimed territory was chosen to be the capital of the country. Vale Plano has subsequently seen several organizations being founded, such as the National Assembly.

Geography

Vale Plano is located in the Brazilian Highlands, in its Center-West region.

Climate

The majority of the state's climate is that of the tropical savanna climate (AW in the Köppen climate classification).[1] And has only two defined seasons, summer and winter. In Vale Plano, the rainy season extends from October to April, with the dry season occurring from May to September. During the dry season (winter), the humidity can reach very low level with dangerous fire risks, mainly during the peak hours of the hottest days.

Economy

The service sector is the largest component of the states' GDP. Vale Plano is the headquarters of several government organizations, such as the FAAA, FFA, and Forestoil.

Infrastructure

Vale Plano is served by electricity, public lighting and asphalt paving.

Transport

Vale Plano is the location of the Vale Plano Motorway-1 (Portuguese: Rodovia Vale Plano-1 (RVP-1)), and is home to the Vale Plano Airport. Vale Plano is one of several states that do not possess the adequate infrastructure for rail based vehicles such as trains.
