The Vice President of the Free Socialist State of Paloma is the second head role of Paloma. The Vice President is first in line of succession in the death or retirement of a sitting President. The Vice President's duties is mostly ceremonial and used for diplomatic events up until 6 March 2020 when the Vice Presidency Act of 2020, gave opportunity for the Vice President to draft and propose law. The position of Vice President has a historically high turn over rate compared to other Paloman government positions.
