The vice president of the Republic of Cristoria (VPOTROC) was the second officer in command of the executive branch of the Republic of Cristoria and typically ran alongside the presidential candidate and both were to serve their four year limits.

History

The power of the vice president was elaborated in Article II of the Cristorian Constitution, which says that the vice president is the second highest in command of the executive branch and every four years a new vice president must be elected, unless the current president in office decides to run for a second term.

The vice president was advised to use the vice presidential seal whenever signing official documents and must use the seal on any podium he or she was speaking at.
