His Excellency Vitaly Liubimtcev, baron of Fessenfelt (Russian: Его Превосходительство Виталий Любимцев, барон Фешенфельт), born 10 May 1974 is a Aysellantean statesman. Was hired by the Navy of His Serene Highness in 2012 and was appointed commander of the squadron of Admiral's flag. Given the rank of rear admiral.
