The War of Wamongian Reclamation is a conflict that began on 2 May 2021 after Harold Duighan, the current President of the Communal People's Republic of Wamong, declared war on the Arthurian Empire, the Kingdom of Begon, and the State of Ironside all at once, demanding that the lands on the northwestern border of Wamong, which were previously handed over to them by the Socialist government in O'Duighan during the O'Duighan Civil War, be handed back because they "rightfully belonged to the Wamongian nation". The war has not seen any action so far.

Background

The reasoning for Wamong's declaration was purely due to the nation wishing to regain its lost lands during the O'Duighan Civil War, as they were formerly theirs until the said civil war after the Socialist government in O'Duighan handed those lands over to their allies as compensation for them supporting their government. However, Wamong also claimed those lands, as they occupied the same territory as O'Duighan, and after O'Duighan merged with Wamong, they chose to claim those same lands. Thus, they wished for them to be returned.

Beginning of the war

On 2 May 2021, Wamong declared war on the Arthurian Empire, the Kingdom of Begon, and the State of Ironside all at once after they issued the "Declaration of the War of Wamongian Reclamation", which declared war on all three of those nations.[1] On that same day they mobilized all of their troops in tandem with the declaration. No response was made by any of the three governments. On 3 May 2021, the People's Protection Pact, which is an alliance formed by Wamong, joined the war after they made an announcement about the war.[2] This caused the war to essentially explode into a much larger conflict than before, as this caused 5 more nations to join. On 4 May 2021, the Dictatorate of Poyais joined the war against the People's Protection Pact and Wamong.
