William "Bill" McCumber was the first Constable of North Dracul, located in the Commonwealth of Dracul.
On 12 November 2018, McCumber joined the Commonwealth of Dracul, after his invitation from Vice President Stephen Luke.
Early life
William McCumber was born on 2 July 1969. McCumber had a decent life growing up, eventually working in the law enforcement sector.
On 7 July 2019, the Draculian Government was informed of McCumber's death, related to health issues. Flags were flown at half staff for one week.
Micronational career
McCumber began his interest in Micronations in 2018, while learning about Dracul from his friend Stephen Luke. Williams found micronationalism fascinating and decided to join a micronation.
Personal life
Outside of micronationalism, Williams enjoyed spending time with family and working to protect Native Americans, as a tribal police officer.
Death
On 7 July 2019, reports from the McCumber family came in, stating that McCumber had passed away in the morning, due to ongoing health issues. The Draculian flag was ordered lowered to half staff for one week. A ceremony for McCumber followed during the Nicholas II memorial service.
