Her Grace Madam Winifred Hall DOA (30 May 1945 - 11 April 2016) was the first Duchess of Tytannia and the first Minister of the Environment of the Empire of Adammia. She was the grandmother of Adam I, Emperor of Adammia.

Non-micronational life

Winifred Boxall was born to Edgar Boxall and Ruby Boxall (née Manns) on 30 May 1945 in Lupset, Wakefield. She worked at a shop where she met Reginald Hall. The two married in 1966 and had five children: Jayne, Christopher, Andrew, Julie and David. Winifred became a housewife and raised her children whilst Reginald worked at various power stations around the United Kingdom. In March 2016, she fell seriously ill and was diagnosed with liver cancer; she died as a result of the cancer on 11 April 2016.

Micronational career

Hall became a citizen of the Empire of Adammia after the Treaty of Annexation for Tytannia and Sapientia was signed on 28 April 2013. On 4 May 2013, she was appointed Duchess of Sapientia; when this province merged with Tytannia in November 2013, her title changed to Duchess of Tytannia, and she gained the title Countess of Sapientia in the process. After her daughter Emperor Mother Jayne Belcher was elected Prime Minister, she appointed Hall to her first cabinet on 1 September 2013 as Minister of the Environment. She held all three of her positions and titles until her death on 11 April 2016, and was the first ever Adammic citizen to have died. Emperor Mother Jayne inherited the title Countess of Sapientia, and Sir David Hall inherited the title Duke of Tytannia.
