Yap Kam Ming born 13 January 2007 is a Unovian politician who is currently serving as the state governor of Nagashimah state.He is also known as the first Non-Malay prime minister of Unova.

Born in Malaysia on 13 January 2007. He became a citizen of the kingdom on 2019 and joined the Union Party.After Union party was dissolved he formed a new multiracial party called Unova Progress Party. His party became the government party for nearly 4 terms before the changing of government on 26 March 2021. He ones served as the Prime Minister of Unova from 30 December 2019 till 26 March 2021. Currently he is the Deputy Bendahara of the Sultanate of Unova.
