Zerorius Hiruko (Thai: ซีโร่รีอุส ฮิรุโกะ; Born 31 January 2003) is a Thai micronationalist, programmer, autodidact historian, and chief executive officer of Knowledge for All, the Thai unregistered non-profit organization for educational and academic support.

As the micronationalist, he is the supreme leader, former head of collective head of state of Prudentianopolis, leader of Knowledge for All Party, the former prime minister of Ostton, and 8th president of Pinang. He was known as creator of Molcian-characteristic type of government, which a merging of collective leadership, presidential system and monarchy within single authority, and asymmetric federation between civilian and monarchical nation.

Prudentianopolis

Paramount leadership in Knowledge for All

The founding fathers of Knowledge for All drafted the Oath of Five, constitution pro tempore of Provisional Government. Zerorius opened the session of quorum and other founding fathers voted himself to Regent of Quorum and made Knowledge for All become the collective leadership of Molco.

After he had stressed for many years, he decided to temporarily absent himself from the head of Quorum and head of government for recovery, the Quorum of Party become to acting collective head of state during his absence, Secretary-General of Quorum Affairs Council becomes to acting head of cabinet.

And when he has recovered from his mental illness, he seeks to reform of KfA's method of administration, he provided the first legitimate and more formal constitution and open the foreign relationship with other countries. Later he appointed himself with 2 members from Quorum of Party as members of Presidium & Privy Council (PSK), triumvirate and collective head of state.

Pinang

The Legislator in Pinang

During his time as citizen of Pinangese Republic, he had served an independent senator in Senate of Pinang before the parliamentary reform. In April 2023, he and Cadno, former president of Pinang, have formed the new party called "Another Choice Party" (ACP), the big-tent centrist party, and he was appointed by Cadno, who serves as party's leader, to be first in party list for the next coming election. After April 2023 Pinangese Federal Election, he was elected the Member of Parliament for Pinangese Parliament. He became the next leader of ACP after Cadno leaving the Pinang discord server.

After Cadno leaving the server and de facto renouncing of his position in party, Zerorius has assumed all the power within the party for short period of time, Rafe Burfield, then-president of Pinang has reached Zerorius for party rebranding deal. After the deal was accomplished, the Another Choice Party has been reformed to Partito Liberale, or Liberal Party, as Zerorius remains in position of party president and Rafe as party leader. He continues his seat in parliament after rebranding.

Presidency of Pinang

After the resignation of Rafe Burfield, the presidency has been vacated. The parliament held the presidential election, first two-round voting remains in ties, until the third round when Zerorius has been nominated and elected by parliament to be the eighth president of Pinang. From August 26th until October 1st of his presidency after sworn in office, he went in hiatus for mental recovery and appointed Tobey Wyles, speaker of parliament, as an acting president.

After coming back from his recovery, the general election was held as Wepe, a candidate from FTP-UP, has been appointed the prime minister, in October 16th. He also promulgated the 2023 Pinangese Criminal Code Bill, and Politkovskaya Awards Bill, an award for outstanding work within the field of journalism, awarded to those who sacrifice considerable amounts of their time informing the citizens of Pinang on both federal and international news.

Also, he has a participation of forming Organization of Democratic and Free Nations as an alliance of democratic nations. With the promulgation of Electoral Reform Act 2023, the core idea is the president must come from direct election from citizen of republic, makes him the last president that come from indirect election (via Pinangese Parliament). His presidency lasted 120 days, a full presidential term.

Ideology

He described himself as light authoritarian, egalitarianist, federalist, pragmatic populism, and third polarist. Due his regency, he criticized the Thai government for being ruthless, merciless, ignorant, by using the constitutional power (that Hiruko has described as the Constitution of Idiotic Rightists) to abuse the rights of citizen and turning the things upside down, cause the menace to be happened and bring the nation to fall slowly. He called out the compromise to be happened between conservative militarists and progressives, or everyone forces let the nation falls into the void of anarchy, he saw this process as "purification" and build it new from ashes.

He even has criticized of being far-right, far-left, or extremist is the weak acting like being strong, hide the weak point of being powerless by abusing the other people with power, or privileges that they've got from something powerful than them.

History in Micronation

On 4 July 2018, He established the micronation group called "Molco" and he designed himself to be the "State Councilor" of Molco Federation (1st Era of 1st Molco State) and appointed his friends to each position such as State Councilor and the King of Molco. Furthermore, he established the collaboration regime in Molco between King of Molco who served as the titular head of state, and State Councilor who served as the head of state and government under the executive body called "Supremacy Federation Council" the body has been designed as the collective titular head of state. The state councilor designed to be the president, and the monarch becomes vice president of the body.

Presidency of First Molcian State

Ein o Ein or 101, the state councilor of Molco had been resigned from office on 10 July 2018. Zerorius took over the remaining power and created a new position called "President of Molco" and renamed the nation to the Democratic People's Federal Republic of Molco, the federated country between the Empire of Molco and the Federal Republic of Molco. Evancof who served as the King of Molco changed the title to Emperor of all Federation and Emperor of Molcian Empire.

Emperor of Molco

Evancof, the first emperor of the Molcian Empire, emperor of All Federation, and vice president of Supremacy Federation Council was abdicated from the throne after the struggle for power in SFC. Zerorius at the time was the first in line succession of the throne before abdication, also known as Sebastokrator for the Emperor of the Molcian Empire. After the abdication of Evancof the Great, he has been crowned as the second Emperor of the Molcian Empire.

Supreme Leader

After he reigned as new emperor of Molco, he sees no one for his successor and no one could not be his successor, then he declared the emerging of two entities between Central Democratic People's Federal Republic of Molco and Molcian Empire became one single entity. Also dissolved the Supremacy Federation Council, Supreme General State Council, Highest Association Republic Council and Co-Associated Federation Council, four main organs of Molco and established one single body called "Four State Council" or "State Council of Four" his seat was President of Four State Council, head of government. He merged the title of Emperor and President together and reign as "Supreme Federal Leader of Molco" the head of state from 8 August 2018 until his abdication as Emperor and Supreme Federal Leader on 6 November in the same year.

He made the Bills of Line Succession and assigned his close friend Shinse Mushinami became to King-in-appoints of Molcian Empire, then, he made the abdication from the throne and Shinse Mushinnami became to the third emperor.

Shinse Mushinnami, emperor of Molco, had the suffering from his worsen health condition also cannot fulfill the role of vice-presidency. Then he abdicated from the throne, left the throne and vice presidency of SFC and no one has been appointed as his successor.

Zerorius then ruled the empire as regent for a few days and drafted the Act of Dissolution 2019 in April. After the people's referendum 100% voted Yes for the act, Zerorius declared dissolution of the federation and migrate the remaining citizen to the new state called "United States of Molco", or Second Molco.

After he ran out his ambition and passion for micronationalism, he called the United States' National Congress (the assembly members are all of citizens of the States, no special criteria to join the assembly rather than being citizen) about dissolution known as "Act of Permanent Dissolution 2019".

After two days of congress session, people voted to dissolve, and 1 August 2019, himself as the Führer of Greater Serene Realm resigned from office and dissolve the Greater Serene Realm of Bundestopia.

Izoroku M.G. became the de facto successor of Molco with his in charge of the Chairman of Executive Office of Military and Civilian Affairs, head of state and government of Izoroku Military Governorate.

Forerunner of Izoroku Military Reform

Meanwhile, he also was the Vice Supreme Commander-in-chief of Izoroku Military Governorate and Izoroku Armed Force, he created the title for him in Izoroku for future army reform project, called "Chairman of Executive Office of Civilian and Military Affairs", assumed the power of head of state and government of Izoroku M.G. and became de facto head of armed force of Izoroku Armed Force because he got the share of power of Supreme Commander-in-chief. Then he appointed 4 Commander-in-chief to each branch, suchas army, navy, air force and spiritual support force (known in Izoroku as Magic).

When Zerorius became Vice Supreme Commander-in-chief of Izoroku Headquarter, his attempted to reform the headquarter failed with a reason of no one seem to enjoy the new assigned roles. After the failed reform in Izoroku HQ, the Sunny-Zero Agreement conference has been held, with Supreme Commander-in-chief of Izoroku HQ, Sunny Neve, the main idea was about the personal union between Molco and Izoroku H.Q.

Then the agreement was signed on 17 April 2019 and the Izoroku-Molco Republic, the political union of two nations, was formed. The head of IMR was the Chief of State, assumed by the Supreme Commander-in-chief of Izoroku HQ and the President of Molco, and this office also an ex-officio office of Co-Minister President of Izoroku-Molco National Congress, head of government and head of the union's congress.

Sunny Neve saw the good result of Zerorius's reform plan, he told before Zerorius about the successor, he suggested that Zerorius shall be his successor and provided more prerogative to Zereorius Hiruko. On 7 July 2019, he became new Supreme Commander-in-chief of Izoroku upon appointment of late supreme commander Sunny Neve. During his office, the group conducted of the conservative and discipline doctrine in military daily life, seldom he shall have the aggressive conversation with some of the disobedient until his resignation from office and he let the new appointed successor to run the group.

Izoroku Coup d'état

Airi, the first female supreme commander-in-chief and commander-in-chief of Izoroku Air Force, was running the office with the lack of responsibility, followed by the code of conduct of head of armed forces. Under the administration of Airi, Zerorius was her acting supreme commander in capacity of EXOMCA chairman.

Later then, he used the power of chairman forced her to resign from every office and transferred power to Sunny Neve, former supreme commander, as acting supreme head of armed forces.

Before his resignation from Chairman, he officially appointed Sunny Neve as 4th Supreme Commander-in-chief and transfer the duty of chairman to Sunny, then he resigned from every office in Izoroku.

After that, he had found the Knowledge for All Party and decided to choose the title of Regent as an inherited office of Chairman of Executive Office that once he held before.

Personal life

He was born in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand on 31 January 2003. He was primary school student in Bangyai Sub-district area for 9 years and secondary school student for 3 years. While he in the secondary school, he became the advisor and technician for his classroom president, and he was the representative of his secondary school in government's computer science workshop for reporting 2.5 PM pollution.

After he became the college student, he found the Knowledge for All Party, formerly was a faction to assist the administration inside History Meme Zone's discord group.

In 2020, he has appointed by head teacher of accountant department in his college as "Chief of Agriculture Learning House", the figurehead leader of college agriculture reservation zone until his graduation. Also, the vice president of College Rover Scout Affairs Commission for 1 year term until 2021, appointed by managerial head of College Rover Scout Advisory Committee.

He had been elected as 1-year-term member of his college's business-computer department branch of Association of Future Thai Professional (AFT) in academic year of 2021, and his term as member of business-computer department branch of AFTP and Chief of Agriculture Learning House was ended on 14 March 2022.

On 17 August 2022, his college's Association of Future Thai Professional (AFT) has announced new general election, for the next academic year of 2566 B.E. (or 2023 C.E.), of the four main departments' AFT department branch executive committee, he became an election candidate for both digital business technology sub-department and business computer main department.

After election ballot announcement was completely done by the current president of the AFT's business-computer department branch. He, as the third most-voted candidate, has been appointed by his friend, who won position of the president-elect of the business-computer department branch of AFT, as next secretary of branch executive committee for the whole next academic year.

From November 2022 - May 2023, he has been appointed by selection committee of collegial branch of AFT as Steward (ปฏิคม; Patikom) in AFT collegial branch's executive committee and member of provincial branch of AFT congress.
