Chamber of the People. The Chamber of the Republics is directly elected on the basis of Single Transferable Vote, each republic has two seats in the chamber. Elections are held every four months and deputies may serve without term limits. Both chambers have equal rights and competences, neither chamber has any exclusive jurisdiction.
