Quarterly, 1st and 4th Gules on a bend voided Argent four cross-crosslets fitchy, 2nd and 3rd barry-bendy Argent and Azure, the whole surrounded by the neck badges of the Order of William I and the Order of the Gilded Rose issuing from the Circlet of the Order of Charlington; for a Crest, upon the Royal helm the crown of the Gradonian monarch Proper, thereon a lion statant guardant Or crowned by a princely coronet; Mantling Gules and Ermine; for Supporters, dexter a lion rampant reguardant Or crowned with a coronet Argent with a single jewel Azure, sinister a stallion Argent armed and unguled Proper; Motto ‘Semper Liber' in the compartment below the shield two arms ducally crowned, Azure two bars Argent, in chief three mullets of the same, and Argent between two chevrons Sable, three cross-crosslets of the same; between the motto the badge of a plume of three bluebonnets Proper enfiled by a royal coronet Or.
