Somcow Flag

Tony, First of all, I told an admin about the problem and “copyright” was the best reason they could put after I told them I was the original creator of the flag and said that I didn’t want it used because you never bothered to give me credit.

The Bepistan copyright notice didn’t even prevent you from using it, it just said that as long as you use it you have to give me credit. After you struggled with that simple task and removed the notice for no reason whatsoever despite your own nation having a copyright system, I decided to take action and so talked to you. What was your response? Some fake letter from your “copyright office” written with the exact same style and spelling mistakes as you.

Also, I never really gave the file to use, I entered it as a submission to a “contest” in which you never actually judged anything and was a complete scam because there were no other contestants, and no disclaimers.

I have no problem whatsoever with you using my design as in similar layout, colors, etc, I just don’t want you using MY flag file.

Bruh, really?

Tony, its INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Deleting one tiny element doesn't make it suddenly yours. Besides, here we go again with you deleting the Bepistan copyright notice - Its my formal way of saying what I allow or don't allow with my design. It never even PREVENTED you from using the file! - It only stated that you couldn't modify the file and that you had to give me credit for it. You went ahead and deleted it because you wanted my file all for yourself.

Why is it that when people try to be nice to you, you take it and you exploit it for your own benefit? This is why nobody likes or trusts you.
