The House of Representatives is the highest legislative body of the Federation of Moshui and Kichi and is generally considered to be the Parliament of the Federation. It was formerly known as Huaguoshan, the legislative body of the Kichi period (2022-2023). The House of Representatives was originally an affiliated organ of the government. In response to the implementation of the constitution, it was institutionally separated from the executive power and became a formal parliamentary organ. It is now a unicameral parliament with 42 seats.
