New Hindustan, officially the Royal Islamic Emirate of New Hindustan (Sylheti: ꠘꠂꠀ ꠢꠤꠘꠠꠥꠍꠔꠣꠘ-ꠅꠞ ꠡꠣꠢꠤ ꠁꠝꠣꠞꠔ/Noyā Hindustān-Or Shāhī Emārat) is an independent Islamic micronation that acted as a vassal and autonomous region to the Kardacha. The nation was founded on December 12, 2022, succeeding the Sultanate of Hindustan. The nation was established after a petition was sent to the Emperor Orzan bin Muhammad by the previous Emir, Emir Hafiz Jaheer Ahmed Choudhury along with the previous Emirah, Saiba Arif. But after much of the rift between the Emperor and the Emir, the Emir proclaimed himself equivalent to the Emperor and took the Emperor title for himself. Within a few days, the Emir declared independence of the Emirate which was the day of 28th June, 2023 and subsequently the Emirate celebrated its first Independence Day on the next day, i.e, on 29th June, 2023 which was again the Day of Eid-ul-Adha. The independence resulted the removal of the Emirah from her post for working on the favour of Emperor and going against the Emir and the Emirate during the independence period. It's current Emirah is Silvia Akhtar Sauda who secretly got appointment as the Emirah on 12th December, 2023. Currently, it's an independent emirate and is located in South Asia, which includes the present day India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
Etymology
The nation is named after the Persian word for the Indian Subcontinent, Hindustan (Persian: هندوستان) meaning "Indo-Land".
History
Sultanate of Hindustan
The nation was initially established as a sultanate to succeed Islamic Belangard, after Fatih Aziz Pasha was appointed the Governor-General, the country began to lay claims to parts of the Subcontinent, and the nation became known as Hindustan. The sultanate had a discord server which it used as its main source of communications, however after permission was granted from the Emperor, the Governor-General began nuking the server. After the nuke, the country was neglected by the Empire and without a leader, which eventually lead to its dissolution.
Islamic Emirate
After Hafiz Jaheer Ahmed Choudhury was offered the position, and later an official petition by the people of Hindustan, demanding the sultanate was to be dissolved and in its place there to be established the Royal Islamic Emirate of New Hindustan with Hafiz Jaheer Ahmed Choudhury as the Emir of the New Emirate.
After a couple months however, the Emir was accused of adultery by the Emperor in the Imperial court under the influence of the Emirah. The Emir laid the allegations of Emirah and Emperor being in an affair and declared independence due to the ongoing rift between him and the Emperor of Qardasha. The Emir proclaimed himself equivalent to the Emperor and took the title of the Emperor himself. He declared independence of the Emirate on 28th June, 2023 and subsequently 29th June was celebrated as the independence day by the whole people of whole nation.
After the Emirate became independent, the Emirah was removed and the post was vacant until the reinstall of a new Emirah on 28th September, 2023. Even after all of these, the Qardashan Emperor made several failed attempts to recapture the Emirate and remove the Emir. But the Emir and the people of Emirate are successful enough to chase the Qardashan Army and the Emperor with bare hands.
Despite being several claims of the Qardashan Emperor of not recognising the claim of independence, the Emir is ruling the nation independently and has many official ties with other independent nations. The Emir recently decided to boycott all types of relations with the Empire of Qardasha for the unnecessary and the late claims over the Emirate by the Emperor of Qardasha.
Geography
Climate
The large size of New Hindustan and its location at the intersection of multiple climate zones gives the state highly variable weather.
Environment
The Emirate, being located in South Asia, has a wide range of environments; ranging from tropical forests, great plains, fertile river basins, and deserts. The nation experiences tropical and desert weather year-round. New Hindustan's location makes it a good place for farming with rich and fertile soil, and many trees.
Administrative Divisions
The nation itself, being an independent Islamic Empire, is ruled by Emir through Subedars. It is divided into Subas which are again divided into provinces, then into divisions and finally into districts. All of the state affairs are managed in the official discord server of the Emirate. Military
Although New Hindustan wasn't allowed to officially have a military, the Emirate was allowed to raise local militias for law enforcement or for quick defense, the wider defense was handled by Qardasha via the Qardaishan Armed Forces. But as soon as New Hindustan gained independence, it successfully started to raise its own army. Till the army was developed, the nation was defended by the national army of Khilafat-e-Islamiyah
