North Bloomay is a former region of the Limited Independency of Wetland Island, which is now a region of the Constitutional Polyarchy of UncleJakeyjake Island & Colonies. It was annexed on January 6, 2023 and its power was handed over from King Jacob II to King Zachary I, then back to the High King.

Etymology

Its name comes from the last name of King Jacob II, Bloom.
