Elected Premier

Benjamin McShane

The 2021 Premier elections for Clivestan took place on 5 August. As expected the incumbent acting premier Benjamin McShane would win by a large margin. It was expected to be less of a margin.

Many critics say the election was the definition of election fraud with no opposition party running.

Benjamin McShane was expected to win with 80-85% of the vote however, 98.3% of the vote was unprecedented and shocked observers.

The next election for Premier is Jan 1st 2022 and if needed 2nd round on Jan 10th.

Benjamin McShane so far is the only nominee and may go unopposed. Human rights activists say this is a breach of leadership. The nation hasn’t regarded or responded to the complaints
