An institutional referendum was held by universal suffrage in the Grand Duchy of Colorado on 27 October 2023. Voters were asked whether they approved of the government's proposed measures to transition the country from a monarchy to a republic. The majority approved of the proposed measures adoption. The results were certified by the Grand Duke on 28 October 2023.

The results were proclaimed by the Grand Duke on 28 October 2023: 12 citizens in favour of the referendum and 3 citizens opposed to the referendum. The results took full effect the following day, seeing the birth of the Republic of Colorado.
