5 May French Judgment or unofficaly The Franco Declaration are the cases filed against all FYAG commanders and members on the losing side as a result of the end of the First İnönü Civil War . The court lasted 31 minutes , and as a result, it was decided that the members would leave the court with a fine . The members left the court with approximately 30 Turkish Liras .

War and Surrender

With the influence of some events that took place with the Macaova landing , ⁠ First İnönü Civil War started . Every region of the state was attacked throughout the war . Examples are the Macaova Plunder , Cermenkast Plunder , and finally Rape of Maku and Sivritopal . Yağız , the leader of FYAG , wanted KABV to accept the communist regime and aimed to establish his own French state . With the end of the war, KABV trapped the French units in İnönü and forced them to surrender . FYAG-related commanders would be tried for many crimes committed during the war .

Cases

▪Cat Case (11:02 - 11:05)

A well - groomed stray cat kept in the canteen area, which Corporal Öztürk was allowed to see , was later found covered in blue paint by First Lieutenant Çetin on 30 April . In the case filed against Öztürk, there were rumors that he used violence against the cat . Öztürk was tried for Fighting and Aggression and Insulting Official Animals . However, as there was no evidence, the case was closed and Öztürk won the case . The cat was then seen again in the Canteen area in a clean state 2 or 3 days later .

▪Leftist Case (11:05 - 11:14)

Corporal Yağız and Öztürk created a crisis in the country before the coup and the war , and this crisis was referred to as the Leftist Crisis by the government . The accused persons were Sait and Yağız, and the defender was Emir Atmaca , also known as the "French Emir" . As for the crimes committed , main articles such as the Law of Complimenting the French , the Law of Communism , the Law of Attacking the Leader , the Law of Establishing a State Within Borders , the Law of Fighting and Aggression , the Law of Support for the Coup plotters ,the Law of Fighting for the Throne , and the Law of Lying to the Leader were violated . As a result of these accusations , it was decided that Atmaca would also be tried , and the military ranks of Öztürk and Yağız were confiscated .

▪Maku Case (11:14 - 11:24)

The French army completely occupied Maku for a short time during the Maku Battle , declared the French Maku and elected Sait as president . However, at the end of the war, when KABV took the Maku province again, Sait and Yağız were transferred to the 3rd Army . In this case, they were tried for the crimes against humanity they committed in Maku . Additionally, Emir Atmaca was also tried on suspicion of support . As a result, Sait and Yağız were fined for the damage they caused to Maku and paid 30 Turkish Liras . Atmaca, on the other hand, was interrogated due to suspicions , but during the interrogation , he said, "I was neither at the war nor at the scene . I didn't even know your country until now . Although I congratulate your success in the war, calling these coup plotters 'French ' is an insult to my lineage . I do not accept being tried and I condemn it . " case against him had to be closed . Yağız and Öztürk were additionally questioned about the Plan Red , but they said that they did not have such a plan in mind .

▪Offense Case (11:24 - 11:33)

In the case filed against Corporal Öztürk, it was discussed that he made offensive comments to several people in the public . Öztürk accepted the accusations and apologized . Insulting comments made by both boys and girls were documented , but the documents were later lost .

End of the Court

The court ended at 11:33 and the French were acquitted of the case with a fine . Later, due to the new establishment of KABV, there was a military shortage , and Yağız and Öztürk regained their ranks . This decision was a decision that would change the fate of the Parliament and KABV so much that ⁠ a few hours after the Third Term Speeches ⁠ the Second İnönü Civil War started .
