AL-Qarsherskiy Islamic Institute is the official unbiased (at least unbiased as far as Islamic sects go) Sunni and Shia Islamic center in the Islamic Sultanate of Qarsherskiy and is also in charge of regulating the grammar and integrity of the Qarshkī language. AL-Qarsherskiy Islamic Institute has strong ties to the government of Qarsherskiy and even is responsible for teaching sultan Ali Aq-Qarsherskiy At-Tariq AL-Akbar how to pray the 5 daily Salah (Islamic prayers). AL-Qarsherskiy Islamic Institute is funded by the government of Qarsherskiy so while it is unbiased between Sunni, Shi'a, and sufi Muslims, it may be biased towards Qarsherskiy's favor. AL-Qarsherskiy Islamic Insitute has helped many people convert to Orthodoc Islam and Shi'a Islam, especially former Atheists and Alawites, and is well-respected by many Islamic religious teachers from the region. AL-Qarsherskiy Islamic Institute doesn't have a head leader and instead, is lead by whatever the majority of its staff and members say. The institute is a place where one can find various Hadiths and information from the Quran and is a key role in Qarsherskiyan religious affairs. Sultan Ali of Qarsherskiy once said: "the Islamic Sultanate of Qarsherskiy wouldn't be the same without the (AL-Qarsherskiy Islamic) Institute."

advisory of government biases

It is important to note that AL-Qarsherskiy Islamic Institute is managed and funded by the government of the Islamic Sultanate of Qarsherskiy and may have Qarsherskiyan biases.
