Al Mu'tazz billah is the Sultan and Founder of Rovia, which started as a movement in February 2020 and became fully independent on April 16, 2021. After its independence, Al Mu'tazz worked with the Prime Minister and Part-Time Founder Esty Carpentieri, who was as elected as Prime Minister, all the way until the empire was dissolved on October 15, 2021. After the dissolution of the Greater Rovian Empire due to several cyber-wars, Al Mu'tazz billah was able to restore the independence of the country.
