The Cactus Empire, more commonly known simply and informally as "Cactus" and originally founded as Cactus Nation, is a micronation in Ohio. Cactus Empire originally begun its existence as a Shahawkian breakaway-state, retaining severe anti-Shahawkian sentiment until their later alliance on the 5th of April, 2022.
The Cactus Empire retains a far left ideology, supporting most minority rights throughout the world.
The Cactus Empire has allied with several nations, some notable few being The Empire of Shahawkia, and TDC Empire.
Etymology
The name "Cactus Empire" originated from the Ruler's love for Cacti.
History
While it has fairly short history, the Cactus Empire begun in spite of the Shahawkian insurrection of 2022 in which a government takeover was attempted after the impeachment of later again Shahawkian Ezhr and current Cactus Ruler Hugo I. Since this quarrel, Cactus and Shahawkia have grown to be close allies.
Politics and government
As said before, Cactus Empire retains many leftist beliefs and supports the rights of those previously oppressed in various countries around the world.
