Cesar Sacristan (in spanish: César Sacristán, /'θesaɾ sakɾis'tan/) also know as Cesar II of Ivanica is the first and current president of Cilsur, the second and current king of Ivanica.

History

First government

Cesar found the nation in 7 October 2022 and he becomes the president, all founders supported to Cesar.

When the war began between the newly founded Hispanobulgaria and Cilsur, Caesar created a federal system, in which he gave all members of the government a territory, it was an extreme federalism, as each member had total control over his territory, lowering Caesar's power to a titular level.

This system was dissolved before the creation of the second government.

Second government

It was the first government with two vice-presidents, Ivan as first, who had already been vice-president in the first government, and Gogo, president of the Spanish-Bulgarian socialist republic, who joined Cilsur.

It was very long and inactive.

Third government

Ivan withdraws from the Cilsurian government by lowering himself to deputy, so due to the strange length of the second government, which looked like a dictatorship, he decided to create the third government, with Gogo as the only vice-president.
