Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of Sovietia

The Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of Sovietia (Portuguese: Presidente do Conselho Popular dos Comissários de Sovietia; Cyrillic: Пресиденте до Цонселхо Популар дос Цомиссáриос де Совиетиа) is the head of cabinet of Sovietia. The Chairman of the Commissars, as called in a shorter manner, is appointed by the Emperor to appoint the commissars for each specific administrative area and coordinate their work for a limitless term. He is tasked with resolving all state administrative duties within the jurisdiction of the Empire to the degree which were not the responsibility of the Supreme Soviet or its Presidium, to which he is responsible and accountable for.
