The Chernarusian Federation (IPA: /ðə tʃʼeəʌsenˌfɛdəˈreɪʃən/) is a country located in Eastern Europe, being landlocked by Republic of Bulgaria territory. The Capital is Noshtinskoye, located in the center of the country. The country is a constitutional monarchy, controlled by a tsar. The country is used as a route by Lesia and Karduna to go to other locations.
History
First Tsardom of Chernarus (2018 - 2019)
It was created in 2018 by the current tsar Aleksandr I and Lesokardunian President Simeon Nikolov created the country as a mixed republic, ruled by both of them. Nothing much more is known about the first Chernarus, but it was confirmed to have existed after Nikolov found an old 50 mener banknote in Nove Karduny.
Second Chernarusian Tsardom (1/5/2022 - 14/5/2022)
In 2022, Aleksandr, Simeon and their friends formed a national government for Chernarus, setting up the government in Lindzevo City (now Slancev Prostor), and changed the currency from the Mener to the Chernarusian lev. The government was a mixed republic. The government was severely corrupt and understaffed and due to this, the country collapsed into two entities, the Inkvilindzian People's Republic, and the Chernarusian Federation. Inkvilindzia dissolved the next day.
The Chernarusian Federation (15/5/2022 - 23/9/2022)
After the failure of the Second Tsardom, Simeon took it upon his own hands to control the country. He changed the flag back to a variant of the second flag used by 2018 Chernarus, pegged the currency to the Euro at 1 FCM = 0.55976 EUR. The capital was retaken from Inkvilindzia and renamed to Noshtinskoye. on 2 August 2022, Aleksandr I was coronated Tsar of Chernarus.
The Chernarusian Provisional Government (24/9/2022 - )
on the 24th of September 2022, Tsar Aleksandr and VP Nikolov talked about chernarusia, and how it should be remade, so a decision, to make a new Chernarusian Republic, where the currency would be the "Paperlune", and the country would have a language reform.
