Constituent Assembly and Consultation is the legislative body of the Kingdom of Bavaria. The Bavarian Parliament is organized in a bicameral form, consisting of the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Council. The National Assembly has the power to draft, enact laws and amend the constitution. Moreover, the House of Representatives also has the power to approve and remove the prime minister
