His Most Beatitude Cyrillus Mariae Poon (Chinese: 潘諾仁) GPStC, is the first and current Patriarch of the Patriarchate of the Holy China. He also holds the title of Primate of Macaonensis, Southern Canton, and Ilha Formosa. Additionally, Patriarch Cyrillus serves as the Prelate of Goryeo and Nippon, as well as the Grand Prior of the Most Venerable Sovereign Order of St. Cyril of the Holy China.

Micronation Career

On January 2023, Cyrillus kickstarted the establishment of a micronation. After consulting with his colleagues, he decided to establish a Roman Catholic micronation in Hong Kong called the "Patriarchate of the Holy China." The name was inspired by the Holy Roman Empire and the concept of the "Prince-Bishopric" from the Middle Ages.

Ordination and Installation

During the solemn declaration ceremony of the Patriarchate of the Holy China on May 10th, 2023, Cyrillus was initially professed as the Cloistered Emperor. Subsequently, he was ordained and installed as the first Patriarch of the Holy China.

Simultaneously, Patriarch Cyrillus was bestowed with the esteemed titles of "Primate of Sciiamchiamensis, Macaonensis, Southern Canton, and Ilha Formosa" and "Grand Prior of the Most Venerable Sovereign Order of St. Cyril of the Holy China".

Furthermore, on March 11th, 2024, following the establishment of the Territorial Prelature of Goryeo and Nippon, he was named "Prelate of Goryeo and Nippon".
