Case 23002

In Case23002, the Minister of New Texas, Yujiro Hanma, sued the leader of the Lasetian Red Party for spreading missinformation and propaganda against Lasetia. The Trial was held on November 17th. At the end of the it, the defendant lost the Case and was convicted to an exclusion of politics for 1 week. He then filed for a Vocation of the Trial and the Case, which was granted and then took place on the 9th of December. Jan K. tried to show that the Trial of Case 23002 was unlawful and that the Conviction should be revoked. This attempt from his side also did not get through. The judge disaproved his Arguments and ended the Trial. After that, he did not give up and sued for an Revision, in an last attempt to revoke the Case.

Perception of the Case

The Case recieved many negative Reviews, especially by the defendant himself and the Fraction of the LRS. They later conducted a ducument with a length of seven pages, in which contained all of the Critics. It also was used as a complaint against the Judge of Case 23002 and against the Lastian state. This Trial was held in Case23004. The Documnet mainly critized the way that the judge dealed with the Case. It was stated, the the Judge was biased and not neutral. Furthermore, it was said that in Case 23002, there was not evidence provided by the Plaintiff, which is, based on §10 1) 1b needed to get a Conviction. It was said that the Verdict was only based on claims by the Plaintiff, which he could not prove to be corect. At last, the Paper critizied and strongly condemned the work of the judge. "Don´t care + Ratio" and "Stop spreading your stupid ideaology, which violates my time" where Messages Cited by the conductors of the Paper. This critique then was debated in Case23004, which led to another los for the LRS. Yet again, this Trial also was very Controversial and was not widely accepted in the Community, especially in the LRS.
