The Walvad community (aka Forest Tribe) is an independent community of spirit and ideas, also classified as a community-state (community state). Founded by Valery Vodolagin in the winter of 2023, he is also the Chief of Цalvad to this day. It is built on the ideas of anarcho-naturalism.

History

Walvad was founded in the winter of 2023. The very idea of creating Walvad as a state belongs to Demyan Karpov. Karpov also gave the name to Walvad, and helped in the formation of Walvad statehood. However, Walvad did not live up to expectations, and did not justify the funds invested in it, so Walvad was closed. Later, the Walvad Community is founded here, and the community was originally independent, but was attached to the Asvana (which contradicts the note to Article 10 of the Asvana Constitution), so Walvad essentially has full autonomy. Walvad has recently started publishing its own newspaper.

With Asvana ceasing to exist on 22 March 2023, Walvad gained full independence.

On 17 June 2023, at the Tribal Council meeting, it was decided to move the territory of Walvad to a new territory.

Also, on 17 June 2023, the war between Walvad and the Forest Asvana was ended, with Walvad winning. The Resnar Community was liquidated.

On 18 June 2023, the flag was replaced.

On 19 June 2023, the coat of arms was replaced.

On 23 June 2023, the Ker language was recognised as the religious language of Walvad. In the Community of Vonnor, Ker is recognised as the primary language.

On 24 June 2023, the cat Filia was awarded the Order of the Guru of Ascesis by Valery Vodolagin.

On 2 July 2023, Valery Vodolagin unofficially announced the self-dissolution of Walvad. At the same time, the Vonnor Community was liquidated.

On 21 January 2024, the Valvad Community continued its existence, returning to its roots.

Arrangement of the community

Authority

The basis of power is in the hands of the Tribal Council, the people's governing body. The Tribal Council also elects the Chief, who represents the tribe and decides internal matters. Other matters are decided only by the Tribal Council.

Economy

Currency is not used in the territory of Walvad. Instead of monetary turnover, barter is used. There is no manufacturing as such. The creation of tools of labour takes place in a workshop, which is shared.

Culture

The culture of Walvad is peculiar and somewhat savage, but has its own uniqueness. This is particularly evident in the language, faith, and traditions of the Walvadians. At first, Walvadian culture was heavily influenced by Asvana culture, but after the latter ceased to exist, Walvadian culture began a completely independent development.

The main achievements of the Walvadian culture are the Walvadian language.
