Computing in Stan

Most Stanis use SerenityOS outfitted with Nerd Fonts or Berkeley Fonts. Raspberry pis with e ink monitors are popular, as are Moonlander keyboards.

Archives and internet

The Great Archives of the Nation are planned to eventually include a website, Spotify, tumblr, fandom, BlueSky, Discord, Secure Scuttlebutt, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Stan has its own federated web protocol, Standrive, with prefix "st." Stan seeks to acquire the defunct TLD ".an" formerly used by the Netherlands Antilles in order to format URLs according to the convention "st.ADDRESS.an." Stanis do not generally use the internet at home.
