Idcareland (Norse: /ᛁᛞᚲᚨᚱᛖᛚᚨᚾᛞ/) official The People's Republic of Idcareland is a self proclaimed micronation that is located on the island of Ewetuba off the coast of Florida. It encompasses an area of 23.7 square miles, and has a population of 11 as of 2020. The main river that flows through Idcareland is known as the Brad River.
History
Idcareland was founded March 19, 2004 by Supreme Leader Richard Dixon. Over time people would peacefully move into the land and by 2012 it had a population of 231. Hurricane Sandy on October 24th 2012 killed 211 Idcarelandians leaving the population at 20. The land has never fully recovered.
Government
Idcareland is ruled solely by Supreme Leader Richard Dixon. He created the constitution on March 19, 2004 which established him as the supreme leader and gave him full power to rule over the land and create laws.
