The Kingdom of Swisazia, more commonly known as Swisazia, is a non-contiguous micronation in w:Bir Tawil and the w:Croatia-Serbia border dispute. Founded on the second to last day of August, 2021, it claims lands known as w:Terra nullius. The nation is currently an absolute Diarchy, ruled by its two kings, King Simon I and King Elijah I. The nation is currently seeking recognition from other micronations and Macronations, as well as getting more citizens.

History

On the 30th of August, 2021, a man who would soon become king, founder Simon, would establish the Kingdom of Swisazia, then known as the Tsardom of Swisazia. Shortly after, his friend, Elijah, joined the micronation and was appointed as its second king. Over its first few years of establishment, Swisazia would undergo a lot of changes, especially in anthems, territorial claims and flags. Finally,in early 2023, Elijah would create the final national flag of Swisazia. In either late 2021 or early 2022, Swisazia would enter an agreement with Trashtopia, creating a military and trade alliance with the two nations. Swisazia would formerly change from a Tsardom to a Kingdom within days of the w:Russian invasion of Ukraine to distance itself from Russia. Regional flags were developed in 2023.

Politics and government

The government of Swisazia is described as an absolute diarchy, or dual-monarchy. Having only two people, this was the only choice for King Elijah and King Swisazia. They have complete control over every aspect of the country, though they plan to change when they reach 200 citizens, where they plan to become a constutional diarchy. When the nation reaches 500 people, parliament will be created for the nation.

The powers of the two Swisazian heads of state, King Elijah and King Simon, are absolute, and they can do as they please in the government. However, this dictatorial government is planned to eventually be replaced. The diarchal system of Swisazia allows for decisions to be made quickly, as the only opposition a King has in the government is the other king, whom just so happens to be a close friend of his.

Military

The Swisazian Armed Forces The military of Swisazia is currently very lacking, and has been for some time. The military of Swisazia has several branches, being the army, navy, marines, air force, space program, national guard, Cyber Corps, and royal guard. However, the only functional branch is the air force, which only has a single drone. The only members of the military are the two kings, Elijah and Simon, as commander and chiefs.

Political Parties

Although Swisazia doesn't yet have a substantial enough population for political parties to yet form, ot should be noted that any political parties that are or endorse Nazism, any extremist faction, extreme activism, or furries, are outright banned.

Foreign relations

The foreign relations of Swisazia are also quite little. Swisazia is only recognized by four nations, being Trashtopia, Molossia, Radonia, and Salanda. Swisazia currently has a trade and millitary alliance with Trashtopia and an embassy in Salanda.

The Kingdom of Swisazia claims five territories. Those claims are over Bir Tawil, Enclava(pocket 1), Velinton(pocket 2), and Danuvgrad(pocket 4). All of these claims are territories waiting to become provinces. Any land Swisazia claims is a territory until it reaches a one thousand population count. Territories have 50% less taxes than provinces, but receive no representation in the government.

Climate

The climate of Swisazia depends on which territories are being mentioned. Bir Tawil has a dry and arid climate, being composed of 100% desert wasteland. However, Enclava, Danuvgrad, and Velinton all have continental climates, though are prone to constant floods due to their extremely close proximity to the Danube and low elevation.

Economy

The economy of Swisazia is not fully established, however, they do have one. For now, Swisazia has a GDP of 0 USD. The currency of the kingdom is the Swisazian Sandmark, which is worth 3.718 USD as of January, 2024. Swisazia exports art pieces, and also sand to Egypt and Sudan. The main method of exporting this sand is wind.
