Early life
Kuy Kongmuengmenh life during childhood is unknown but at the at of 18 he studied in Faculty of Economy and after he graduated from university at the age of 24, he decide to apply jobs in Serpent Group but in January 2024 this organization disbanded because murder of dirk case (Serpent Group was behind this incident) bring major attention from Feds to investigate this organization.
Personal life
At the age of 24 he was apply to become documents manager in Serpent Group until this organization was disbanded. After the fall of "Serpent Group" he decided to go open food truck but a few months later he was brought to be a member of micronation.
