Northwest Warren, is a city and the capital city of Republic of New York and seat of power of its Government. Northwest Warren is the historical and cultural centre of New York, being the site of its creation in 2022. It is also home to the capitol and the first city established in New York.

Etymology

Northwest Warren is named after its location and the city name as it is located in Northern Warren.

History

Founding Era

The founding of Northwest Warren was on 10 November 2022 during this time it only had a total of 15. The claim started with 0.28 km (0.11 sq. mi) as there were very few people during this time.

Development Era

The development era was an era of relative stability with a large influx of people. The population increased to a total of 174 and the land increased to its current 1.39 km (0.54 sq. mi). In December elections started with the RNY welcoming 4 new representatives into Congress.

London Republic Attempted Uprising

The London Republic was a short-lived attempted uprising in December 2022, it lasted about 2 days during this a group of 4 people threatened to start a rebellion and split away from the Republic of New York. It ended 2 days later after peace was made with them and they joined up with the Republic of New York.

Northwest Warren Dispute

The North Warren Dispute started on 27 November 2022 after the Goat Republic (Now the Banana Republic) Separated from the Republic of New York to create an autonomous micronation, claiming 30% of North Warren. It later resulted in a Skirmish near the capital and the Republic of New York ends up winning and kicking the group out of the capital city.

Northwest Warren 2023 Power Outages

The Northwest Warren Power Outage was a 3-day power outage that lasted from 23rd February 2023 to 26th February 2023. During this time for 3 days, the entire capital city lost power and heating which resulted in all 174 residents losing power. Another neighboring city was affected as well Rossville with all of its 12 residents losing power as well. The presidential house lost internet and power and everything became cold so the president had to use firewood and candles for light for 3 days. During this time all legislative bills were paused and people in the Republic of New York started to panic. Fortunately the Vice President didn't lose power and calmed everyone down later the president would go on the address the nation about this sudden event.

Current Era

Northwest Warren started growing a lot more economically and with a moderate increase in people throughout the current time. Multiple new areas were incorporated into the city of Northwest Warren and the population has increased by 25 people. Companies have been established in the Republic of New York during these times such as NR Candy which plans to launch a major operation in September 2023, and a foreign company called Grand River Company set up a fort here.

Geography

The capital area stands at 191 meters or (627 ft) above sea level. It is located in Southern Michigan, in the Lower Peninsula.

Climate

Temperature in the city of Northwest Warren ranges from 29°C (84.2 °F) in July, the warmest month, to -1.2°C (29.2 °F) in February, the coldest month.
