The Republic of Karkovia, more commonly known as Karkovia, is a micronation in the Balkans. The micronation shares land borders with Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia. The country itself has a history of the Karovites which inhabited in present day Karkovia.

Karkovia is a unitary parliamentary republic which the President of Karkovia is the head of state and the Prime Minister is the head of government in a multi-party system. The executive power is exercised by the Government.

The micronation has foreign relations with the US, NATO members and EU members, and Members of the UN. The micronation's foreign policy is make friendly relations with other countries in Europe and abroad.

Etymology

The name Karkovia is derived from a tribe called the Karovites which lived in what is today Karkovia, after the tribes inhabited Karkovia during the end of the Tribe War. Karkovians themselves have called their language Karkovski, their country Karkova themselves.

History

The Republic of Karkovia was founded in in June 28, 2023 and since then the country has been giving support to Ukraine and condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish minorities in Karkovia started a peaceful protest Both condemning the invasion.

Politics and government

Karkovia is a unitary parliamentary constitutional republic, where the President of Karkovia is head of state and the Prime Minister of Karkovia is the head of government in a multi party system. The executive power is exercised by the Government and the Prime Minister with its Cabinet. The Government of Karkovia provides Religious Freedom, Freedom of Speech, and etc but however the government has many issues such as LGBTQ rights and etc.

Military

The Karkovian Armed Forces is the main branch of the Karkovian military. It's vehicles are the Leopard 2, HMMWV, M142 HIMARS, BMP-1, Mercedes Benz NG, Mercedes Benz Actros, MRAP, M1 Bradley, and etc. The Karkovian Land Forces have the same equipment as the Karkovian armed forces and is the branch of the Karkovian Armed Forces. The Karkovian Airforce is one of the branches of the Karkovian Armed forces. Its equipment are the Aero L-39 Albatross, MiG-29, Bayraktar tb2, Eurofighter Typhoon, Mil Mi-8, Bell 212, Eurocopter AS532 Cougar, Augusta Bell 205A, Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk, Boeing AH-64 Apache, and Mil Mi-17. One of the first conflicts Karkovia had is the Tribe war (July 28 - July 29 2023) were the Karkovian people have fought the tribes that once inhibit Karkovia and declared sovereignty over Karkovia.

The Ministry of Defense is responsible for securing the land and integrity of Karkovia, Ministry of Information regulates the media, Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for foreign policy and regulations, diplomacy, bilateral, and multilateral relations affairs. Ministry of Internal Affairs which is in charge of running a system of law enforcement agencies and the ministry's troop's

Ministry of Defense

The Ministry of Defense is responsible for securing the land and defense in Karkovia. It was established on June 28 2023 under the Ministry Act for Defense.

Ministry of Information

The Ministry of Information regulates the media, propaganda, and publicity for Karkovia. It was established on June 28 2023 along with the Ministry of Defense.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Ministry of Foreign affairs is the Government of Karkovia which is tasked on managing Karkovia's relations with other countries. It was established on June 28 2023 along with Ministry of Defense and Information.

Ministry of Internal Affairs

The Ministry of Internal Affairs is the cabinet level of the Government of Karkovia. It is responsible for the facilitation of the legal and orderly movement of the people to and from Karkovia. It was established on June 28 2023 along with The Ministry of Defense, Information, and Foreign Affairs.

Foreign relations

Karkovia has good relations with the US, NATO, EU, and the UN members. However, Karkovia does not share relations of with countries Karkovia has refused because Karkovia has not and will not recognize them on any condition but shares relations with Unilateral and Mutual recognized countries.

Geography and climate

The Climate's of Karkovia are very bipolar with temperatures being hot and cold. During winter the temperature's are very cold averaging about 7°C (90 °F) In summer, the temperature in Karkovia are about 32°C (90°F), but the humidity is mild.

Economy

The economy of Karkovia is a free market economy. Karkovia's economy is based on (41.5%) Agriculture (30.2%) and Industrial sectors. Karkovia's economy has some natural resources, and the economy is boosted by Agriculture, food processing, lumber, oil, cement, chemicals, mining, basic metals, hydropower, textile industry, and petroleum extraction.

Culture

Karkovia is rich in culture. It places a large value on holidays, arts, culinary, literary, musical, political and social elements that represent Karkovian people. The popular part of the culture is the flag of Karkovia which displays a Blue and Red Bicolor and the Eagle on the center. The eagle represents the identity of the Karkovian people which is called the Karkovian people (Karkovski Orely).
