The Republic of Kongar, more commonly known as Kongar, is a micronation in Turkiye. The establishment of this micronation was actually to establish and manage an imaginary element in the school where the president studied. Later, he realized this dream in 2016. Although not exactly a micronation, they ruled dispersedly in a certain region with 37 people behind them. Later, in 2017, the president was introduced to the concept of "micronation" and adopted this idea. The president, who started work for this formation, established the "Deveci Khanate", which is the foundation of Kongar, on April 20, 2017. Since then, with 10 different governments and 5 different countries, Kongar has been brought to its current position with the contribution of approximately 97 people and still adds color to the world of micronations in the Republic of Kongar today.

Etymology

The people, who used the "Göktürkçe", which is one of the old Turkish languages, widely in the early days, later started to use Turkiye Turkish. Over time, the administration, which started to use only the alphabet of Göktürk in state affairs, completely removed Göktürk on 16 December 2019 and started using Kazakh instead. However, Kazakh language was only made available for use in the internal affairs of the state. Today, Kazakh is still included in the official affairs of the state, but with a new arrangement, Kazakh and Turkiye Turkish began to be used together in state affairs.

History

On April 20, 2017, under the leadership of President Burak Gündüz, they established this state with 37 people at his school. The president, who changed schools in the future, was elected "school president" at the new school he attended. After that, Burak formed a new government within the school. During this period, the population of the republic exceeded 67. This administration continued without any problems until 6 November 2019. The state, which entered a one-week pause period after 6 November, resumed its activities on 13 November 2019. This administration continued smoothly until 2021. On December 31, 2021, the government decided to innovate, and from that day on, the Republic of the Kongar took its current form.

Politics and government

The form of government of the country has always been a republic. This cannot be changed in any way. The country has its own constitution, a constitutional court and a president of the constitutional court. The constitutional court examines the crimes committed and punishes the criminals in accordance with the constitution. In this case, the President of the Constitutional Court takes part in the punishment of the criminals. The country has its own parliament. The parliament consists of ministers, ambassadors, president, prime minister, interior minister and foreign minister. There is a president in the country due to the republican form of government, but there is also a prime minister with him. The prime minister steps in where the president cannot catch up or make a decision.

Security

The internal and external security of the state is provided by the army. The army is divided into land forces and air forces. There are 3 people in the land forces and 2 people in the air forces. The head of the army is usually the president. As additional information; The establishment of the army is about 1 year and 2 months before the state. In other words, the establishment of the army coincides with February 20, 2016.

Foreign relations

For foreign relations, there are "Representation Committee" and "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" institutions in the Republic of Kongar. Relations with the outside world are provided by these authorized institutions. The state adopts the principle of "Peace at Home, Peace in the World" of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk as a foreign policy. He does not consider the friendship agreements sent negatively and tries to be impartial in wars and crises as much as possible and aims to provide reconciliation between the parties.

Military

There are 3 infantry soldiers in the country. It has a total defense and protection power of 3 people. These people come together to form the "Kongar Land Forces" and the "Kongar Air Force".

Geography and climate

Geographically, the region of the country is partially surrounded by rough terrain. The climate is continental climate. The summers are hot and dry, and the winters are warm and rainy.

Economy

There is no import or export activities as a country temporarily. However, although there is any import or export situation, the country has its own banknote for trade.

As a culture, the country has a structure consisting of a mixture of Turkic Culture - Regional Cultures.
