The FASD

The Flarpian Advanced Science Division (FASD) is a research program that was secretly instated in the beginning of Neeburm, it is run by Ove s, he is the head scientist, the research program has been forgotten and left off all record up to this point.

How It Started

The FASD was created during the chaos of deciding what form of government would best fit Neeburm and who should lead it, a deal was made between Corban S and Ove S, they agreed that Ove could Run a Research program and that he would be provided funding (5% of the $0 budget). Ove was allowed to research anything that could possibly help Neeburm.

The research

The FASD started its research in the field of Nuclear fuel applications, the first research project explored the types of nuclear fuel, it was found that communism was the most volatile fission reaction possible. The process involved finding a weak enough economy and a corrupt enough government, once established the government cells would be filled, starting the reaction, a endless spout of lies and deceit with occasional genocide. This was a massive breakthrough, the scientists decided to harness it.

The next set of experiments were done in real life, during the early stages of Neeburm there was an alliance with the Banana Republic, this alliance was weakening Neeburm. FASD decided to release their newest radioactive isotope Communism-257, highly volatile, they let it seep into the banana republic, as the communism grew, Neeburm started to back out of the alliance, this in turn strengthened Neeburm and helped keep patriotism high.
