The Declaration of Independence, officially the Official Trevorian Declaration of Independence, is a document signed by all four members of the Hedstrom family, the original members of the nation. All signatures were created on 31 January 2024, with the document taking effect the day later.
The document was created after a message to the mayor of the local town insisting on autonomy had no response before the declared date it was intended to be ratified. This declaration expanded on the Declaration of Autonomy.[1]
Declaration
Trevoria's Declaration of Independence is built similarly to the United States' declaration, with a prelude, a layout of nine qualifications, then a conclusion.
Prelude
"Forever Free, a phrase to be enshrined in time forever." is a connection to Trevoria's motto. "Today, 1st February 2024, is the day in which the nation of Trevoria declares itself to be fully and truly independent from the powers above us, who have decided silence in the wake of our pursuits." relates to the date the declaration is ratified, and local government not responding to Trevorian asks for autonomy. "This silence will not deter us from our ultimate and true mission, for silence shall never deter willpower. The powers of strength and endurance are under the disposition of all beings and shall never be infringed upon by a greater force as long as man truly understands its purpose." Motivational statement for Trevorian residents after not being responded to, nearing statements that can connect to the 1st Amendment in the United States Constitution.

Conclusion
"These qualifications shall prove themselves to be in our favor and in the favor of anyone who also pursues freedoms. Hereby, we, who shall pursue our destinies, shall officially declare Trevoria to be independent in totality, and our micronationalism shall never wave. May our nation be blessed with the opportunity to achieve greatness and prosperity to the best of our abilities. Forever Free." this further pushes Trevorian independence and nationalism.
Effect
Trevoria immediately declared the entirety of the property it was on to be within its territory, despite only owning the Treian province and claiming the rest initially. No local response occurred after.
