The United Stratossian People’s Republic also known as Stratossia, is a micronation in the Philippines.

The mainland is made up of two Macronational Puroks and one Valley. It started as the SPC Army in November 13, 2020 but the De Castro arrived, making the 2 Puroks united. While they are landlocked, they do have a Navy that is based in one of San Pablo City's seven lakes, which may be Palakpakin. Grienhelm is the Micronation's capital, named after its founder's YouTube channel.

While Stratossia is heavily influenced by the USSR and North Korea, the country is genuinely capitalist with a thriving business sector. Stratossia is a One-Party State so It means that no any other party except the Stratossian People’s Party can rule the United Stratossian People’s Republic. Stratossia is likewise a Stratocracy, which means that all Stratossian People's Party members must first join the Stratossian People's Army before joining the SPP.

Etymology

Stratossia was called from the Greek term Stratos, which means "Military," and because the Strato Union is also a Stratocracy, it makes sense.

History

The Sitians governed Purok II for exactly 740 days, beginning on May 12, 2020, and ending on June 4, 2022, when the De Castro liberated Stratossia and appointed the San Pablo City Army as the ruler under Samuel Escueta as a Special Gift because he was Baptized to the Religion of the De Castro from June 6, 2022 until October 6, 2022.

Relations between the De Castro and the San Pablo City Army is getting worse. SPC Army Staff Sergeant Samuel Escueta has suspicions of the so-called "Imperialist De Castro Invaders" who may try to invade them, so he made False Propaganda against them but immediately regrets it but it is too late, so he goes to CARAGA region in June 27, 2022 to forget anything he had done and plans to apologize If he ever returns.

He returned around 3:00 a.m. on July 22, 2022, and is currently prepping weaponry and updating himself to have new Military Equipment such as Body Armor Vests and New Camouflage Uniforms but only have those in Middle of January to February. The SPC Army has been reunited with Samuel Escueta, thus they are figuring out how to become Peaceful Enforcers in Purok II have completely forgotten about the De Castro "Imperialist" issue.

On December 18, 2022, at 10:20 p.m., Xiaen Panes established the MICRONATION ISLAND GROUP as a Peaceful Alternative Peer Group Chat to Micronations Filipinas Group Chat and invited Samuel Escueta to join so he could learn more about Micronations.

Between December 19, 2022 and December 31, 2022, Samuel Escueta prepares everything to establish his own Micronation, which will be known as the United Stratossian People's Republic, as well as many other organizations, such as renaming the San Pablo City Army the Stratossian People's Army and establishing the USPR's ruling party, the Stratossian People's Party, but the USPR's Constitution was still in Draft.

In 1:00 am of January 1, 2023, The United Stratossian People’s Republic is now founded as a Real Existing Micronation with the Help of Rechice Mapa and Xiaen Panes.

Politics and government

The Stratossian People's Party governs the United Stratossian People's Republic, which is likewise a Stratocracy with a militarized government. The USPR is the only Militarized Capitalist State with Socialist Influences in the micronational world. The Stratossian Government is widely known to be very opposed to gangs, homosexual rights, and cringe Tiktok videos.

Political concerns in Stratossia include the draft of civilians to Barangay San Crispin during the Maean War and a lack of members within the Stratossian People's Party. Only 80% to 96% of Stratossian citizens support the government and its handling of the country.

Stratossia is a One-Party Conservative state in which the Chairman of the SPP has ultimate control over the whole nation and its government. The Chairman's title is Premier, who also acts as the Supreme Leader. The current Premier is Samuel Escueta, who assumed office on December 19, 2022, before the United Stratossian People's Republic was even formed, because he founded the SPP with the aid of Rechice Mapa on December 19, 2022. Samuel Escueta's reign will end on January 29, 2024. According to the Stratossian Constitution, every two years, an election between every January 14 will be held to replace the current Chairman of the SPP, who will also become the Premier of the United Stratossian People's Republic on January 29.

The Premier is the title of the Head of State + Head of Government is elected by the Great People’s Congress. The Incumbent Premier is also the Chairman of the SPP and the Commanding General of the Stratossian People’s Army.
