The Perennial Philosopher, more commonly known as Vicber is an American micronationalist, scientist, musician, and philosopher, who has served as the 1st King of Sanctimonia since 2020 and as President of Yurney since June, 2021. He is the founder of the Kingdom of Sanctimonia. He has a user account on this wiki, which can be found here. He views himself as a wise ruler, who wants to lead his people and other micronationalists away from the negative, satirical aspects of micronationalism into a more serious, prudent culture.
