Duma of the Republic of Baltia (Duma Republiki Baltii, Baltska Duma), Duma – one of the two houses of the Parliament of the Republic of Baltia, traditionally referred to as: "lower house". The Chamber of Deputies emerged from the 2023 Conference; since the referendum and parliamentary elections in 2023, the Duma is the highest body of legislative power in Baltia.

In People's Baltia it constitutes the first chamber of the Baltish parliament. It consists of 12 deputies, elected in universal, equal, direct and proportional elections, in a secret ballot (five-adjective elections). The term of office of the Duma, according to the Constitution, lasts 2 years; runs from the day of the election of the Duma and lasts until the day preceding the day of the meeting of the Duma of the next term. The term of office may also end as a result of its shortening by the President of the Republic of Baltia: obligatorily (obligatory), if the main procedure for appointing the Council of Ministers and both reserve procedures end in failure, or optionally (optional), if the President, within 4 months from the date of submitting the draft budget act by the Council of Ministers, will not receive it for signature (the head of state has 14 days to issue a decision on this matter).

The right to vote in Duma elections is obtained at the age of 10.

The Duma debates continuously, under the chairmanship of the speaker or chairman, depending on the title chosen by the parliamentarians. Its deliberations are public.

The office supporting the Duma and its bodies in legal, organizational, financial and technical terms is the Duma Chancellery.
