The Presidential Diploma of Freedom is an award awarded by the President of EMU, for great achivements for EMU, or For great achievements bringing EMU message to the world. It's issued by acting president of EMU, and was established by 4th President of EMU, Arthur Korney.

The Diploma with distinction

There are 2 types of Diploma: The Freedom Diploma, and The Freedom Diploma with distinction. No one has ever received the Freedom Diploma with distinction. It's very rare, and only be given by The President, Vice-President can only issue the Presidential Freedom Diploma.

The Apendix to the Diploma

Apendix to The Presidential Freedom Diploma is official part of The Diploma, and it has Presidential Flag on it. It's issued with official Diploma together.
